We work hard to ensure the overwhelming majority of the orders we receive are shipped on the same business day. However, when you are working out when you can expect your order, it is best to add one business day to allow for processing. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Our distribution warehouse is in Onehunga, Auckland. We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of receiving it.**Christmas & New Year dispatch dates – last dispatch Midday Thursday 21st Dec 23 reopen Monday 8th Jan 24**
Freight costs are below. As per our FAQs, freight is free for orders of 36 Carry Boxes or more excluding rural addresses.
Our main delivery service providers are Now Couriers Ltd. If you are in the North Island, you can expect your delivery one day after dispatch and two or three days after dispatch if you are in the South Island.
In most cases, your order won’t be left at the delivery address if there is no one available to receive and sign for the goods.Please check the condition of your order when it is delivered. If it looks damaged, please sign “damaged” and then get in touch with us through our contact page.
If your order is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, we will offer you a refund or replacement item. Please phone 0800 100 004 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
